Some Helpful Tips When Ordering Tile

1) Always order a few more square feet of field tile than you need, an extra linear foot or two of liners or trim and one or two more decos. The fact is, installers break tile, so you need to anticipate this and not hold up your installation waiting for replacements.

2) If you are ordering a custom color of field tile order several extra square feet more than you need to complete the job. It is almost impossible to exactly match a color twice so it is important to have spares of the same batch on hand in the event of breakage or future renovation.

3) If you are having us custom paint your tile always request a "strike-off" for approval. We want you to be sure that the colors work before we do your whole job. We will not accept returns of custom painted tile after strike-off approval.

4) When placing an order for "stock" tile please specify the color of the flowers in all murals, individual tile and trim. Please refer to our Paint Palette for guidance

5) Order fulfillment times vary considerably and are a function of order size, work in house, stock vs. custom and time of year.

Generally speaking, back splash size orders will be anywhere from stock to four weeks. Shower surround size orders run three to six weeks. We will give you an approximate shipping date immediately upon your order placement and our confirmation.

Rest assured we do everything in our power to expeditiously manufacture and ship your order. Keep in mind that this is an entirely handmade process and there are NO shortcuts. Thus, repeated calls to the studio to inquire about an orders shipping status will only slow us down, not speed things up! Patience is key here and is always rewarded with a magnificent finished tile installation.
